Appearance: Comet looks like a smaller version of a japanese bobtail. She has a short, black, broken tabby pelt. she has a normal-length tail, and large round golden eyes. Her fur is short but fluffy, she also has a gray collar.
Personality:
Comet is very blunt and can be a little rude. She also is very stubborn, but reasonable.
It's hard to persuade her, but she almost always has a reason to not listen.
she can be hard to reason with, what I mean by that is if shes really intent on doing something, then she may not listen. When I say she almost always has a reason, what I mean is she has a reason to be so intent on doing these things.
Comet is over all very sarcastic. Though what she finds tunny personally is when people have some sort of reason behind the joke, such as making a good point through the joke. She also finds it humorous when people do and/or say something silly and don't realize it. But she does not openly laugh.
The types of jokes she would make are the same as the kinds she finds funny. She always has some kind of meaning to them, mostly making good points with them, sometimes they're not good points but they are most of the time. This is a example of what she would [and did] say, when Onyx decided to leave their housefolk: "Oh yes its such a great idea to go out there, were you'll be starving and struggling to survive. Such a great idea" though she would return to all seriousness the moment she was finished.
She'll make jokes in some serious situations. But not if someone was dying or something. Really if it wouldn't be disrespectful
timing.
Her sarcasm can be in good nature, or in bad nature. She tends to be very sarcastic in just friendly conversations, and if that's the case it would often be in a playful manner with maybe a slight purr. But she will also use it in annoyances or in rude ways.
Comet in a odd way actually is a really friendly cat, she really loves talking to other cats, and is not all too bad with other people, just a bit rude at times.
She never really hesitates to point out others mistakes, though unlike what you may think, she is very respectful about it. She also wants others to always tell her when she makes a mistake.
Comet is almost always super calm. Sometimes she'll make comments that sound aggressive, but her voice and body language wouldn't make you think she means it. When she gets legitimately emotional, however, the stoic-and-serene face drops
She is not a very touchy feely person, but once she's become extremely close with someone she might be okay with them touching her, although there would still be some parts that she would get upset about. like her belly. Shes one of those cats that if you touch her belly she just well start biting your hand like crazy.
She loves to just explore the twolegplace, she'd explore every single inch of it if she could, though shes still working on that. However, even though she loves to explore, Comet would never set foot in the forest. She can't stand it.
Over all she's a blunt, sarcastic, friendly, adventurous, and very calm she-cat.
History: Comet had always been a house cat, and as she sees it she will always be one. The housefolk she had been with when she was born were pretty strict with training. Comet never really minded, in fact, she quite liked training.
She had three siblings. Onyx, Mira, and Hero. Comet was never that close to Onyx, she mostly saw Onyx as someone that she would talk to sometimes, but she didn't really care if they were there or not. Mira was a close friend, they would speak a lot. But Comet always knew the relationship they had was nothing compared to Mira and Onyx's relationship. This used to bother Comet a lot when she was a kit, she got really mad at Onyx for that. But she changed a lot since then, now it doesn't really bother her at all.
Hero was a different story. They were best friends. But not quite in the same way as Onyx and Mira. Comet and Hero were completely different, aside from a few traits. They were both very competitive and both enjoyed their training a lot. They would challenge each other often, and also made a game were they would take turns making the other do something they hadn't tried before.
She always was very adventurous cat, When she was a small just being let outside there was a hole in the fence, and nobody would ever be able to count how many times Comet snuck through it, until their housefolk fixed it..
When Comet and her siblings were old enough to be adopted, their housefolk put them up for adoption. Many people came to the house to see them. Comet and Hero tried to please a family, as they both wanted to go to the same home. Choosing a family they liked, they ignored all the other people. Sadly some old man adopted Hero, and Comet went with the family the both of them had wanted to go with, but she never saw Hero again.
While Hero was taken by someone else, Mira was adopted by the same people as she was. Comet quickly noticed Mira and Onyx would meet up with each other all the time. At first, Comet would mostly just stay in the house- Mira was the only one she'd allow to get close to her. Even with her housefolk, she'd just hiss when they got too close.
She ended up being more active after about a moon, she would let her housefolk come close to her, though she didn't let them touch her. She also started to go outside much more, she also spoke to Onyx a few times if only a little. She began to venture out and explore the twolegplace. Once, Mira questioned her about why she was gone all the time, but Comet's only response was that maybe she would find Hero out there somewhere.
Sometimes she'll meet stray cats when she's out exploring, and will talk to them, until they need to part ways.
Things went like this for quite a while. At some point, Comet found out that Onyx's housefok/Comet's old housfolk had moved away and left Onyx and their parents with someone else. This wasn't of much concern to her really, as to her it all seemed the same as when Mira, Hero, and her were taken to new people, it didn't really occur to her that Onyx was with them for longer, so it would be worse for them.
One day Onyx came and told them they were going to leave their housefolk and go somewhere else. At the time Comet thought they were just straight out stupid for doing that. But as she quickly realized it wasn't her choice and that there wasn't much wrong with that plan anyways.
As for right now, she still lives with her housefolk, but travels around the twolegplace for most the day.
