Okay, so my cat Rusty is a descendant of a ShadowClan survivor. The story has been passed down through generations, until they have become a mere myth, but ShadowClan and the Clans live on in him.
Rusty is trying to build up ShadowClan. He claims to be called Russetstar, but has not claimed his nine lives yet, as the StarClan cats have faded from memory. He is searching for members. He currently has claimed a small bit of land, about a third of the original territory. These are rthe positions open:
Leader: Russetstar (Rusty)
Deputy: Open
Medicine Cat: Open
Med. Cat Apprentice: Open

Apprentices:

Elders:
"Russetstar" will allow for you to keep your loner name until they function like a real Clan. You can request a warrior name ceremony at any time.

Since Russetstar isn't an official leader, he actually can't have his own Clan at this point in time. He can gather cats around him and try to lead them, but there are no guarantees they'll follow him and do as he says. This means you can't have official things like thread requirements, since those aren't an in-character thing that Russetstar himself would impose. He also won't have an official deputy or medicine cat for his group, although if he is able to find cats willing to take those positions they can carry out the duties that Russetstar tells them to. When the Clans are formed, however, it is possible they won't keep their positions since all high ranking cats are chosen based on player abilities as well.
I'll likely lock and archive this in a day or two. Of course, you can still plot out threads with others to have Rusty encounter some possible followers. Just keep in mind that he won't have the power of an official Clan leader and there are no guarantees he will be one.

I understand most of that, but Rusty is just calling them a Medicine Cat, and they kind of heal, or he has a kind of Second in comand, and he calls them deputy……………

Yes, that's fine too ^^ The only thing is that they have no requirement to stay in Russetstar's group outside of in-character relations, and the dynamic of his group may fluctuate a lot since it's not an official Clan. Once the Clans are formed, they also may not become the deputy or medicine cat of their new Clan even if that had been their position previously. As long as that's understood, you're free to have your character put together his own group of cats that may eventually become a Clan. c:

Sorry of it came out in a wrong way… he basically is leading a group of cats with rules, but they can leave of join at any time.

Nope, I completely understand what you're trying to say ^^ The main issue was the out-of-character requirements, since only official Clans have those. Russetstar can have as many in-character requirements for cats as he likes, such as the rule that kits have to be 6 moons before becoming apprentices, a warrior must have had at least one apprentice before becoming deputy, etc.
