Name: Fish
Desired Name: N/A
Age: 13 moons
Rank: N/A
Allegiance: Loner
Birth Moon: The Blue Moon 2015
Gender: Tom
Appearance: Fish's coat is short, but thick and layered, which helps keep water at bay while swimming. The undercoat is dark grey, nearly black, while the outer coat is a shimmery, silver-grey color. His fur has some spots where the dark undercoat peeks out, leaving a dusting of dark fur and dark stripes. His eyes are wide and round, rarely blink, and give Fish a look similar to, well, a fish. His vision isn't the best thanks to some early-onset cataracts, but he makes do with his other senses just fine. Fish's build is sturdy, yet lean, and his shoulders are extremely well muscled from all the swimming he does. He is strong and quick but not terribly agile on land.
Personality: Dry-humored and snarky, Fish is a classic "Deadpan Snarker". He likes to crack jokes and many say that he can't take anything seriously, but in reality he uses humor to cover up his own insecurities. When not joking around, Fish can be a bit blunt, telling things exactly as they are with little tact. He doesn't see the point in beating around the bush, to be quite honest. Why sugarcoat things when, in his opinion, it'll only delude others? He is atheistic and doesn't particularly believe in the afterlife, and sees it as just another way to sugarcoat death. He enjoys solidity and pattern, so things that are certain, like death, are comforting to him.
When it comes to leadership skills, Fish isn't lacking, but he does lack ambition. He doesn't like having people look up to him, simply because it makes him uncomfortable. He is a skilled fighter, but a poor hunter; his eyesight makes it hard for him to pinpoint the location of small prey. Large, comparatively large creatures like cats are much easier for him to land hits on.
History: Born a to a street cat mother in the Twolegplace, Fish was named not or his fishy-looking eyes and silvery fur, but for his excellent swimming ability. His mother often told him that he was descended from the great RiverClan, legendary cats known for their affinity for water. He spent much of his kithood like most street loners, hungry and often in danger, but free. When he reached six moons, he was recruited by a local gang, known as the Street Rats. He got in good with the leader of the Rats, an older tom ironically named Mouse, who started grooming Fish to replace him as leader. However, this did not sit well with many of the senior warriors of the gang, who wanted the position themselves. So, when Mouse died, they chased young Fish out of the Twolegplace, threatening his life if he ever reterned. Desperate to survive without any form of support whatever, Fish recalled the stories his mother told him of RiverClan and their territory. Remembering that it was supposedly deep within the nearby woods, Fish set out in search of it.
